Does not matter which adapter I try with either processor. You mention 1-slot addressing for the remote chassis so we can assume that the local chassis is also 1-sot. SW2 ON allows the processor to restart the chassis So you must be using an 8-slot or smaller chassis.

You can zoom in close to see the labels with the serial number or zoom out to see the overall condition of the equipment.
