Yes, this book was absolutely incredible. Disappointing – a subject that needs this authors wisdom, yet I felt it really lacked any substance: She talks about the “demons” inside them and recommends fasting for 7 days – essentially asking her overweight clients to starve themselves. The masculine side is the intellectual side, and it’s also the side that strives for order and control.
