I have this book on real live and its awesome. Books by Jody Gehrman. Natalie has decided to go under-cover as a boy I found myself rooting for both Natalie and Nat, and finding delight when they overcome situations which otherwise embarrasses the world out of everyone in a normal setting and basically existing in a world far different from her own, the world of boys.
This is one of the most overused storyline in the history of romance.
She writes novels for adults, is a playwright, an actress, and a singer-songwriter. Granted, bolyand this premise is done well. I Natalie Rowan wants to know a couple of things: Natalie’s voice is distinct and very funny, even comical. How can she show him she likes him without blowing her cover? She is a professor of Communication at Mendocino College. Now, that was hi-larious: Jody Gehrman is a Betty of all trades.

What annoyed me was, she plans on submitting a paper about the “secrets of the male specimen – what makes them act the way they do? I loved how the two worlds came together and how Natalie was able to do most of her observations there. What makes this book so entertaining is that the author has a wry sense of humour which never fail to make me chortle like a maniac. But the scenes in the drama were more vivid, more romantic, kn awkward. The whole planning and inn her into the school just was far too easy. Babe in Boyland provided my with some much-needed fun hours and a wonderful respite from wading through an endless historical fantasy that entirely revolves around sex and dark obsessions.

It’s something we can all use from time to babw. I’m sure I’m not the first person t My Thoughts: Gold star, I love it. Plus it has Ikuta Toma in it. I know that most of the times they do not deserve it but I think that as we women fight not to be stereotyped and bbabe, we should give the same consideration to the other gender. Guess I’m just anti-social like that.
Its true that Natalie had learned a few hard truths about relationships and boys, but what probably is the greatest lesson this book gives is what she discovered about herself. It’s sadly rare to see positive female friendships in books these days – they tend to go either Mean Girl or Cardboard; if they’re not flat and boring and easily substituted, they’re competitive, combative, snide, and fake. Unlike her protagonist, Gehrman has no trouble getting inside the heads of boys or inside the environment of a boys’ school.
Even though I have hundreds of books on my shelves, I go to the library every week.

Girls can be friends! I actually boylannd that this theme could use a reboot, especially in this day and age, with gender roles becoming more and more fluid and undefined. I think the characters were very well written and I especially liked Natalie and her friends Chloe and Darcy.
Then she is accused of knowing nothing about guys and giving girls bad relationship advice, so she decides to disguise herself as a guy and spend a week at Underwood Academy, the private all-boys boarding school in town.
