Unfortunately, her attackers do get away before Marcus and Brendan reach her. I have enjoyed the overall plot of these books so far, and sometimes the ideas are really clever, but the characters are ecsrasy needy and appear only to be saved by sex.
The way the books written, its very enticing. I just started this book and am enjoying it so far. I love how tough she was and I thought she was very true to her Rapture was the second of three books in Jacqulyn Frank’s Shadowdwellers series. Frank Baum Books in English. The inner workings of Sanctuary held my interest and made me enjoy the book so much more.
Weak and pathetic, in body and spirit, I hated Ashland.
I just wish she would have focused on it more than she did. She know how to fight, she lives to fight. She was yelling at him and making fun of his lifestyle for ages because “he was shying away from their sexual desires”.
Probably the best in the series. This guy has gone crazy and will not stop going until two men have to physically pull him off her.

Frank of plagerism, I would definitely accuse her of unoriginality. You might ask, shes in shakles, burning her skin day and night.
Utter freedom is the way of the queen. He was explaining the classes in the Sanctuary and then next thing you know she’s blowing up about how hes treating her like a child.
I truly can’t wait to read book two of this series. And the rest of the characters When he suffers a mortal wound at traitorous hands, it is farnk lost who heals him by taking on the injuries he sustained.
