I like what she has to say about grasping versus releasing and creative engagement. She makes us feel it is possible to change, and in this book provides the tools and encouragement we need to actually do it. While consistently good, I think her chapters on Love and Compassion, as well as ethics and her take on the Ten Ox-Herding Drawings I do wish Wisdom had included some pictures here are stand-out.

Erin rated it it was amazing Feb 01, I cannot express how this book combined with meditation lwt change the way you perceive everything, all I can say is that the book take the lenses out of your eyes from which you see the world and at the end of the book you will start to live a life without the use of philosophies as how to live it. She recommended reading her book for a deeper understanding so I picked it up. To keep my mind heart open to be able to change the method of meditation according to my daily schedule.
